Coaching Services

Individual Coaching

One-on-one private coaching sessions. The client sets the agenda. Together, we set goals, do activities and exercises, discuss resources and at the close, identify action steps. Plans and packages are designed based on need and after the initial intake session. Coaching is by audio or video conference based on client preference. 

Team Development: Coaching and Facilitation

New team? New scope? Need alignment? Team coaching works with the client team toward an agreed-upon goal during the coaching session(s). Team dynamics play a big role, so the coach also acts as a facilitator. Sometimes working with a co-coach is helpful whether virtual or in-person. The coach supports the team in achieving their goal and also in becoming self-sustaining.

Group Coaching

All teams are groups, but not all groups are teams. Teams share a common purpose and strive to work together toward a common goal.  In contrast, groups can be made up of individuals without a previous connection or from different departments within one organization. For example, group coaching can be offered to: New managers, new hires, women leaders, etc.
